Summer Brief - A History of...

Having used the list given to us at the beginning of the summer, I have tried to use this as a tool to aid my decision of what area I would enjoy to focus my research on, it was actually quite difficult to links between some of the categories, and I found myself in some cases forcing my decision to guide the topics into an area I had already decided on, for example, after quite quickly coming up with fair-trade in the 'Social concerns' list, this made me think about work on the history of coffee, so after I had decided that I found it difficult to come away from that idea, therefore forcing coffee somehow into every list.

Therefore I think this list did help me decide what I want to focus on, but probably not in the way intended when the list was given out.

I will therefore research , the history of coffee, in various aspects, focusing on the history of coffee itself as well as finding out about coffee shops, various effects of coffee, design and statistics around coffee, basically anything I can find out about any aspect of coffee i will add to the research.
